2. Account Registration

To access the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

Ever After offers paid membership plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees until cancellation. All payments are non-refundable unless denied membership.

Ever After may use third-party services to verify user identities and conduct background checks. While we aim to increase safety and trust, we do not guarantee the complete accuracy of such services

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for any violation of these Terms or for any conduct that may harm Ever After or other users. You may cancel your account at any time.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, software, and features, are owned or licensed by Ever After and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that matches will be made or that relationships will result. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ever After is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a class action or jury trial. This clause survives termination of these Terms.
